ORGANIST
Duncan taught himself to play the organ when asked to step in as organist for Ash Parish Church from 2004-2006. August 2006 saw him performing Janacek’s Taras Bulba on the Royal Albert Hall organ for a BBC Prom concert under Sir Colin Davis.
In January 2007 he performed Britten’s War Requiem in St Paul's Cathedral and Symphony Hall Birmingham with the NYO under Richard Hickox. He made his concerto debut as an organist in December 2007 in St John’s Smith Square, performing Saint Saens’ Cypres et Lauriers and the Organ Symphony with the Fulham Symphony Orchestra.
